THE KING FAMILY consist of Dad, Chris, daughter Rosanna and son Tom. It all started when Dad used to take his young children to summer folk festivals and where they started playing together in singarounds and tune sessions.
Chris is a well-known local folk singer, with much club and festival performance experience. Rosanna plays traditional tunes on fiddle and Tom completes the trio, on guitar, Bodhran and vocals.
Their individual tastes mix into a blend of traditional and contemporary music, from Dylan and Simon to Acapella, chorus songs and rousing Gaelic tunes
